All referees that we use at West Kendall Soccer are trained, licensed and registered through the U.S. Soccer Federation Referee Program and the State affiliate, FL Soccer SRC . Referees are examined annually so they keep up to date with the latest rule changes that come down from FIFA. Many of our referees are children who have played soccer and wish to continue to contribute to the game after they stop playing. They do their best to referee a clean, safe game so we ask that player, coaches, and parents have patience with the calls that the referees make.

Cost There is a fee of $125.00 to take the class.

Referee Compensation The referee fees are based on the age group and position you are assigned to referee. Most new referees start by doing U10 lines and then progressing to higher ages groups and then finally being the main referee.
